General Terms
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Air1network.us (operated by Air1network LLC) manages cancellations, modifications, and refund requests for travel services booked through our website, mobile platforms, or customer support center.
By confirming a booking with Air1network.us, you agree to comply with this Policy and the terms and conditions of the applicable airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, tour operators, and other travel service providers (collectively, “Travel Service Providers”).
Our Role as an Intermediary
Air1network.us acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Travel Service Provider. While we facilitate your booking, all cancellations, changes, and refund decisions are governed exclusively by the Travel Service Provider’s policies.
We do not control the refund timelines or decisions of Travel Service Providers. Refunds may take up to three (3) billing cycles to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your financial institution and provider’s processing time.
Air1network.us is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by Travel Service Providers in processing refunds.
- Partial refunds or non-refundable fares per provider policies.
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from cancellations, rescheduling, or denied refunds.

Airline & Travel Service Provider Policies
All bookings strictly follow the fare rules and terms of the respective Travel Service Provider at the time of purchase.
Please note:

- Many discounted or promotional fares are non-refundable and may carry strict restrictions for changes or cancellations.
- Applicable airline or provider-imposed fees for cancellations or changes must be paid by the customer.
- If multiple airlines or providers are involved, each one’s individual policy applies separately.
- Hotels, car rentals, and activity providers have their own cancellation timelines and penalties, which will apply to your booking.
24-Hour Cancellation Rule
Some airlines allow risk-free cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if booked at least seven (7) days before departure. Eligibility depends entirely on the airline's policy—not Air1network.us
When permitted, we will assist you in requesting the cancellation. Agency service fees may still apply.
Service Fees
In addition to provider fees, Air1network.us may apply a non-refundable service fee for processing cancellations, exchanges, or refund requests. This administrative fee is separate from charges imposed by the Travel Service Provider.
Typical agency service fees may range from $0 to $75 depending on the type of request. All fees will be disclosed before processing your request.
Air1network.us service fees are agency fees charged by us and are separate from airline or supplier charges. These fees are non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your booking fare rules allow cancellations with a refund.
- The cancellation is made within the provider’s specified deadline.
- All applicable terms and conditions are met.
Please note:
- Refund amounts are determined according to fare rules at the time of purchase.
- Some fares may only be refundable as future travel credits.
- Government-imposed taxes may be refundable in certain cases, even for non-refundable tickets.
- All refund decisions and amounts are determined by the airline or travel supplier, not by Air1network.us.
- Some fares—including Basic Economy, promotional, and discounted tickets—may be fully non-refundable.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is submitted to the respective Travel Service Provider:
- Airlines may take 8–12 weeks or longer to process refunds.
- Hotels, tours, or car rentals may process within 7–30 business days.
Air1network.us will update you once confirmation is received from the provider. We cannot accelerate refunds beyond the provider’s established processing time.
Cancellations by Airlines or Service Providers
If a flight, hotel, or service is canceled directly by the provider, your refund or alternate arrangements will follow that provider’s policies. Air1network.us will assist you in submitting necessary claims but is not liable for the provider’s final decision.
Force Majeure & Events Beyond Control
Events such as weather disruptions, natural disasters, airport closures, strikes, civil unrest, or government restrictions fall under airline/supplier control.
Refunds, credits, or rebooking options are determined solely by the Travel Service Provider.
Air1network.us is not liable for losses or additional
expenses arising from such events.
Policy on No-Shows
Failure to check in for a booked flight, hotel, or service (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount. No refunds will be issued in such cases as per provider rules.
Traveler Errors (Names, Dates, Duplicate Bookings)
Customers are responsible for entering accurate information.
Air1network.us is not liable for:
- Misspelled names
- Incorrect dates
- Duplicate bookings
- Booking the wrong destination or fare
Many airlines treat these cases as non-refundable.
Future Travel Credits
If the airline issues a future credit instead of a refund:
- Credit validity periods apply
- Blackout dates or fare differences may apply
- Credits are non-transferable in most cases
- Air1network.us does not control credit extension or issuance
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback while a refund or credit
request is still under provider review, the refund process may be cancelled.
Air1network.us reserves the right to dispute
chargebacks involving legitimate bookings or fulfilled services.
Verification Requirements (Fraud Prevention)
To protect customers, Air1network.us may require identity verification before processing cancellations or refunds.
This may include:
- Email confirmation
- Payment verification
- Photo ID matching billing details
We cannot process requests until verification is completed.
