License organization

We are the thirds party who act as agents to arrange your bookings. We organize your booking as a supplier by accepting your orders as described in your receipt details. Arrangements are done under your requirements and wish list by adding exciting offers to the hotel deals. As representatives, we are not answerable for activities and management of the main retailer. Your bookings are reserved with us apart from the agreements with direct suppliers. The guidelines and rules of the supplier’s policy are also applicable to your reservation. Checking the terms & conditions and following them is mandatory.

Booking

Passengers are requested to reconfirm every detail including name, phone number, passport number, date, and timings to avoid any kind of problem later. If you’ve done any mistake and want to modify the change within 24 hours of booking, then you can request changes simply by directly contacting the airline’s representatives. Changes or any kind of modifications after 24 hours of booking are not allowed and you’ve to pay an additional charge as a fine to make any kind of changes. All the tickets are neither refundable nor transferable.

All the details you provide to us are directly shared to suppliers as it is. Your information will only be shared with public authorities who will be arranging services for you, just for your safety purpose and avoiding fraud. Few details can also be shared with security organizations and credit–checking. All the information, rules & regulation about the place you’d be visiting will be shared to you to avoid any kind of risk while traveling. To visit some countries, you’re needed to pass their legal requirements. If you’ll not pass the requirements, you’ll not become eligible to visit that country.

After making payment for a flight ticket or any kind of service, you’ll receive a confirmation mail within 48 hours. If you want to know about the carry baggage system, then you must read the baggage policy of the respective airline you’d be booking your flight ticket with, as some airlines allow you to carry additional luggage for free but the others apply your charges accordingly.

For US bookings, even if your ticket is nonrefundable:

You have to make the whole payment before the scheduled flight departure date. If you’ve made the payment partial and do not complete full payment before the date, then the airline has the right to cancel your flight ticket. Customers are recommended to buy insurance before traveling in flight for their safety protection.

Travel Arrangements Conclusions

Bring all the necessary documentation with you to the airport especially your flight ticket before boarding. Most airlines ask you to reconfirm your flight ticket before 72 hours of the scheduled departure date otherwise your ticket can be canceled by the airline. You will not be able to get any refund if you do not reconfirm your flight ticket before boarding. So, you’re recommended to contact the airline before your fixed departure date and confirm your flight again to provide them the referral number and name provided at the time of reconfirming it.
