Important Notice – General Disclaimer

Air1network.us (“Air1network.us,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) acts solely as an intermediary between you and independent third-party providers of travel products and services. These Travel Suppliers may include, but are not limited to, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines, rail services, tour operators, travel insurance providers, traveler assistance services, and activity providers (collectively, “Service Elements”).

When you make a booking through our website or customer support team, you authorize Air1network.us to act on your behalf to secure reservations with these Travel Suppliers for the total price displayed, which may include applicable taxes, airline-imposed charges, and Air1network.us service fees.

The fares, offers, schedules, and availability displayed on our Site are based on information supplied to us by Travel Suppliers and are subject to change at any time prior to ticketing or confirmation.

Air1network.us is an independent online travel agency and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any airline or Travel Supplier. Air1network.us may charge its own service fees in addition to supplier-imposed fees. All fares, rules, schedules, and availability are governed by the applicable Travel Supplier and are subject to their terms, conditions, and policies.

All bookings made through Air1network.us are subject to the individual terms, fare rules, conditions, and policies of the Travel Supplier providing the service. These may include—but are not limited to—cancellation rules, refund eligibility, rebooking restrictions, baggage limitations, schedule changes, and other operational policies that are outside the control of Air1network.us.

Air1network.us is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Travel Supplier. You agree that Air1network.us is not liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, delay, cancellation, overbooking, schedule change, or other damages or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the actions or inactions of any Travel Supplier.

Limitation of Liability

Air1network.us does not own, operate, or control the Travel Suppliers whose products and services are made available through our Site. Accordingly, we are not liable or responsible for:

  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies that may appear on the Site, including pricing or availability.
  • Acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Travel Supplier, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, rail carriers, car rental agencies, activity providers, insurance companies, or tour operators.
  • Changes in pricing, schedules, routes, seating, aircraft type, accommodations, or equipment made by Travel Suppliers after a booking is completed.
  • Cancellations, delays, overbooking, schedule changes, strikes, re-routings, missed connections, lost baggage, equipment failures, weather disruptions, or government actions that affect your travel plans.
  • Photographs, ratings, amenities, descriptions, or other content provided by Travel Suppliers and displayed on our Site.

Air1network.us does not guarantee the financial stability of any Travel Supplier or the reimbursement of any loss caused by their insolvency, bankruptcy, default, or inability to deliver services. If a Travel Supplier fails to provide the services you purchased, your recourse may be limited to that supplier, any applicable insurance you obtained, or another responsible party—unless the loss results directly from Air1network.us’s own actions or omissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Air1network.us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the services of any Travel Supplier.

Prices, Currency, and Refunds

Prices for travel services are set by the Travel Suppliers and may change at any time prior to booking. Some travel services—once booked, ticketed, or confirmed—may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or subject to cancellation or change penalties imposed solely by the Travel Supplier. By completing a booking, you agree to the applicable fare rules, restrictions, and penalties.

Because airlines and other suppliers may use bulk, contracted, or “BT” fares, the price listed on your ticket or travel documents may differ from the amount you paid. Air1network.us is not responsible for any such differences.

All prices displayed on the Site in foreign currencies are estimates only. Currency exchange rates fluctuate, and your final charge may vary depending on:

  • The exchange rate at the time your payment is processed
  • Your bank or credit card issuer’s fees or conversion rate

Air1network.us has no control over exchange rates or additional financial institution charges and is not responsible for these variations.

Refund requests, if permitted under the fare rules, will be processed in accordance with Travel Supplier policies. Any Air1network.us service fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Additional Terms of Travel Suppliers

By booking through Air1network.us, you agree to comply with all rules, restrictions, terms, and conditions imposed by the applicable Travel Supplier. These may include fare rules, eligibility requirements, check-in policies, baggage allowances, payment deadlines, and other operational or contractual terms established by the supplier.

Certain Travel Suppliers may require a valid credit card, debit card, or cash deposit at check-in to cover incidental charges or additional services used during your trip. These deposits are not included in any payment made to Air1network.us at the time of booking and are solely between you and the Travel Supplier.

Failure to comply with any Travel Supplier’s rules or requirements may result in consequences determined solely by the supplier, including—but not limited to—cancellation of your reservation, refusal of service, forfeiture of amounts paid, and assessment of additional fees or penalties. Air1network.us is not responsible for any such outcomes.

Advertisements and Third-Party Content

Our Site may display advertisements, promotions, or links to products and services offered by third parties that are not owned, operated, or controlled by Air1network.us. These third-party offerings are provided solely for your convenience.

Air1network.us does not endorse, guarantee, verify, or assume responsibility for:

  • The accuracy or reliability of any third-party content
  • The quality or suitability of any advertised products or services
  • Transactions or interactions you choose to engage in with third parties

Any dealings you have with these third parties are undertaken entirely at your own risk and are governed by the terms and policies of the respective provider.

Compassion Exception Policy (CEP)

At Air1network.us, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to support our customers during difficult times. Our Compassion Exception Policy (“CEP”) allows eligible travelers to receive a discount on Air1network.us’s service fees related to cancellations, refunds, or ticket changes, as described below.

Please note:
The CEP applies only to Air1network.us’s service fees. Airline-, hotel-, or other supplier-imposed penalties, fare differences, or restrictions remain solely the responsibility of the customer. Air1network.us does not control or influence the policies, fees, or rules of airlines or other third-party travel suppliers.

To request CEP benefits, you must inform our customer service agent of your eligibility at the time of your call by contacting us at +1-844-414-9223. CEP benefits cannot be requested or applied online.

Price Match Promise (PMP)

At Air1network.us, we want you to feel confident that you’re receiving a competitive price every time you book with us. That is why we offer our Price Match Promise (“PMP”):

If you find a lower price (including all taxes and mandatory fees) for the exact same flight itinerary on a qualifying major U.S. online travel agency (“OTA”) competitor’s website within 24 hours of completing your booking with Air1network.us, we will:

  1. Refund you the difference, or
  2. Cancel your booking and issue a full refund, at your choice.

What Counts as the “Same Itinerary”?

To qualify for the PMP, every element of the competing itinerary must match your Air1network.us booking exactly, including:

  • Airline(s)
  • Flight number(s)
  • Dates and times of travel
  • Number of passengers
  • Cabin, fare type, or seating class
  • Fare rules and ticket conditions (e.g., refundable vs. nonrefundable)

Any variation in these details will disqualify the claim.

What Does “Offered and Available for Booking” Mean?

The lower-priced itinerary must be:

  • Publicly available to all consumers
  • Viewable without logging in, using coupons, or using membership credentials
  • Actively bookable on a major OTA competitor’s website at the time you contact us

Our customer service team must be able to independently locate and verify that the fare is live and purchasable.

Eligible “Major OTA Competitors”

For the purposes of this PMP, “major OTA competitors” means the U.S.-based, English-language consumer websites of:

  • Expedia.com
  • Orbitz.com
  • Priceline.com
  • Travelocity.com

No other sites, apps, consolidators, or international platforms qualify for PMP comparisons unless expressly listed here.

How to Submit a PMP Claim

If you locate a lower qualifying fare, email support@Air1network.us within 24 hours of your booking and include:

  • Your Air1network.us booking number
  • Full details of the lower-priced itinerary, including airline(s), flight number(s), travel dates, number of passengers, and cabin/fare class
  • Proof of the fare, such as:
    • A direct URL to the fare
    • Clear screenshots showing the complete itinerary, total price, timestamp, and availability

Air1network.us must be able to verify the lower fare using the information provided. Claims that cannot be verified, or that lack required documentation, may be denied.

Exceptions and Exclusions

The PMP does not apply to:

  • Prices available through membership-only sites, loyalty programs, reward points, credit card portals, or corporate, student, military, or government discounts
  • Group, charter, conference, incentive, or meeting/convention rates
  • Consolidator or bulk fares, including unpublished or “Web Only” fares
  • Bundled packages (flight + hotel, flight + car, etc.)
  • Opaque fares where details are hidden until after purchase
  • Fares purchased through auctions, bidding platforms, or marketplace sites
  • Coupon-based or promotional fares not available to the general public
  • Obvious pricing errors, system glitches, or misprints

Policy Modification

By booking with Air1network.us, you acknowledge and agree to these PMP terms.
Air1network.us reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Price Match Promise at any time, with or without prior notice.

Price Drop Assurance – Terms & Conditions

At Air1network.us, we want you to feel confident that you’re receiving strong value on every booking. Our optional Price Drop Assurance (“PDA”) service allows us to monitor your booked flight itinerary for potential price reductions and share eligible savings with you in the form of an Air1network.us Travel Credit.

By purchasing Price Drop Assurance, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

How Price Drop Assurance Works

  • When you opt in to PDA during the booking process, you authorize Air1network.us to search for price drops on the exact same itinerary you booked (including airlines, flight numbers, dates, times, airports, cabin class, and number of passengers) for up to 24 hours after purchase.
  • If we identify meaningful savings (typically $30 USD or more), you authorize Air1network.us to:
    • Rebook your ticket(s) to secure the lower fare, and
    • Issue new ticket numbers for the same flight itinerary.
  • A portion of the savings will be credited to you as Air1network.us Travel Credit.
Air1network.us will retain the remaining amount as a rebooking service fee for providing this monitoring service.

Savings Are Not Guaranteed

  • PDA is not available for all airlines, itineraries, or fare types.
  • Purchasing PDA does not guarantee that savings will be found.
  • If no qualifying price reduction is identified during the 24-hour monitoring period:
    • Your original ticket(s) will remain confirmed, and
    • No travel credit will be issued.

Ticket Rebooking and Confirmation

  • If a rebooking occurs, you will receive a new confirmation email with updated ticket numbers.
  • We recommend waiting until the end of the 24-hour PDA window before purchasing any airline add-ons (e.g., seat assignments, baggage).
  • If you have already purchased ancillary services, you may need to contact the airline directly to transfer them to your new ticket.
    • Transferability is subject to the airline’s policies, and
    • Air1network.us cannot guarantee that transfers will be allowed.

Payments and Refunds

  • If you paid using a debit card, your bank may temporarily hold funds for the original transaction until the rebooking is completed. Processing times vary by bank and may take 5–7 business days.
  • While some fares may qualify for a full refund if canceled within 24 hours, others may not.
  • By opting in to PDA and permitting rebooking, you waive the right to a cash refund on the original ticket (if eligible).
Any refundable value will instead be applied toward:
    • The newly issued ticket, and
    • Our applicable rebooking service fee.
  • The rebooked ticket will continue to be governed by the airline’s fare rules, including:
    • Change restrictions
    • Refund limitations
    • Penalties
    • Travel conditions Air1network.us does not control these rules.

Additional Terms

  • PDA applies only to Air1network.us’s service and rebooking fee.
Airline-imposed fare rules, penalties, restrictions, or price changes remain outside Air1network.us’s control.
  • Air1network.us may modify, suspend, or discontinue Price Drop Assurance at any time without prior notice.
  • By purchasing Price Drop Assurance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Any limitation or exclusion of liability for such conduct is not applicable to New Jersey residents.

  3. Time Limit to Bring Claims

Where allowed, the limitation period applies only to the extent legally permissible in New Jersey.
  4. Severability for New Jersey Customers
If any portion of the Terms is determined to violate New Jersey law, the remaining portions will continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable term will be modified only as needed to comply with New Jersey law.

Waiver of Claims

By accessing or using the Air1network.us website, mobile applications, or customer support channels (collectively, the “Site”), you agree that Air1network LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, and contractors (collectively, the “Air1network.us Parties”) shall not be responsible or liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party travel supplier.

Nothing in this Waiver is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or to waive claims that cannot legally be waived under state or federal law.

  1. Travel Supplier Acts or Omissions

All questions, claims, benefit requests, or refund inquiries relating to a Travel Protection Plan must be directed to the insurance provider named in your policy documents. Air1network.us cannot review, interpret, adjust, or adjudicate insurance claims and does not make any guarantee regarding coverage outcomes.

  1. Your breach of these Terms & Conditions or any other documents referenced herein;
  2. Any claim made by you that exceeds or is inconsistent with the limitations of liability set forth in these Terms & Conditions (except to the extent such limitations are prohibited by applicable law);
  3. Your violation of any law or regulation, or infringement of the rights of any third party; or
  4. Your use of the Site, including use by any other person accessing the Site with your account or credentials, with or without your permission.

Air1network.us reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. If we do so, you agree to cooperate with Air1network.us in asserting any available defenses.

Release

If you have a dispute with any travel product or service supplier—including, without limitation, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators, consolidators, vacation package providers, activity suppliers, traveler assistance services, or insurance providers—you agree that your dispute is solely with that supplier. You hereby release Air1network.us, Air1network LLC, our affiliates, partners, joint ventures, and each of their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, and contractors (“Air1network.us Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses of any kind (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes, except to the extent caused directly by the negligence, willful misconduct, or legal obligations of the Air1network.us Parties.

Nothing in this Release is intended to waive any right that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Related Indemnification

You further agree to indemnify and hold the Air1network.us Parties harmless from all costs, expenses, liabilities, and losses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  1. Any claim brought against us by you in violation of this Release; or
  2. Any claim brought by a third party relating to your actions, misuse of the Site, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent any such costs or liabilities result from the negligence or willful misconduct of the Air1network.us Parties.

If you make a reservation on behalf of another traveler, you agree to inform that individual of all applicable rules, restrictions, and these Terms & Conditions. You further confirm that any traveler for whom you book is not an unaccompanied minor, unless expressly permitted by the relevant airline or travel supplier.

You warrant that all information submitted through the Site is true, complete, current, and accurate. Creating speculative, fraudulent, or false reservations—including bookings made in anticipation of demand—is strictly prohibited.

Resolution of Disputes

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND GOVERNS HOW CLAIMS BETWEEN YOU AND US ARE RESOLVED. THIS SECTION INCLUDES AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE, A WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL, AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS.

At Air1network.us, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you have a concern or dispute, we aim to resolve it fairly, quickly, and cost-effectively.

Step 1: Contact Us First

Before initiating any legal or administrative action, you agree to provide us with an opportunity to resolve your concern by contacting our Customer Service Team.

Phone: +1-844-414-9223
Email: support@Air1network.us

Your written claim must include:

  • Your full name;
  • Your mailing address;
  • The email address used for your booking (if applicable);
  • A brief description of the issue;
  • The specific resolution you are seeking; and
  • Your signature (if submitted by mail).

We will have sixty (60) days from the date we receive your claim to attempt to resolve it with you directly.

Step 2: Arbitration of Unresolved Claims

If we are unable to resolve your concern within 60 days, you and Air1network.us (including Air1network LLC, our affiliates, agents, and representatives) agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Site,
  • these Terms & Conditions, or
  • the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of these Terms

(collectively, a “Claim”) shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional Arbitration Terms

  • The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator, not a judge or jury.
  • You and Air1network.us each waive the right to a trial by jury.
  • You and Air1network.us also waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
  • The arbitration shall be administered by a reputable arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association) under its applicable rules.
  • The arbitrator’s award may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Exceptions

This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from:

  • Seeking relief in small claims court if the Claim qualifies; or
  • Seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent or address the unauthorized use or misuse of intellectual property.

Governing Law; Claims

These Terms & Conditions, and any rights, obligations, or disputes arising out of or relating to them, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, any Claim (as defined in the “Resolution of Disputes” section) must be filed within one hundred eighty (180) days from the date the Claim arose or first accrued. Any Claim not filed within that period is permanently barred.

You agree to reimburse Air1network.us for any costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred as a result of any Claim filed in violation of this section.

Note: The 180-day filing limitation does not apply to residents of New Jersey, where such restrictions are not permitted by law.

Waiver of Trial by Jury and Class, Representative, or Private Attorney General Actions

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you and Air1network.us knowingly and voluntarily agree that all Claims (as previously defined) shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not through court litigation.

Accordingly, both you and Air1network.us waive the right to a trial by jury.

You and Air1network.us further agree that all Claims must be brought only on an individual basis. This means:

  • No class actions
  • No mass or consolidated actions
  • No representative actions
  • No private attorney general actions
  • No similar collective or aggregated proceedings, whether brought in arbitration, in court, or in any other forum (including small claims courts)

If there is a dispute regarding whether a Claim has been filed as a class, mass, representative, private attorney general, or similar action, the arbitrator—not a court—shall decide that issue.

If you bring any Claim in violation of this section, you agree to reimburse Air1network.us for any reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in defending against or seeking dismissal of such Claim.

Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Arbitration / Small Claims Court

At Air1network.us (operated by Air1network LLC), we strive to resolve customer concerns promptly, fairly, and efficiently.

  1. Required Pre-Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating arbitration or filing a claim in small claims court, you agree to provide Air1network.us with sixty (60) days to attempt to resolve your issue.

To begin this informal resolution process, you must submit a written notice of your claim by either:

  • Email: support@Air1network.us
  • Phone: +1-844-414-9223
  • Mail: (We can insert a mailing address here upon your request.)

Your written notice must include:

  • Your full name
  • Your mailing address
  • The email address used for your booking (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue or dispute
  • The specific resolution you are requesting
  • Your signature (if the notice is mailed)

During this sixty (60) day period, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith in an effort to resolve the matter informally.

  1. When Arbitration or Small Claims Court May Proceed

If the dispute is not resolved within the 60-day informal resolution period, either party may proceed with:

  • Binding arbitration, as described in the “Resolution of Disputes” and “Arbitration Agreement” sections, or
  • A claim in small claims court, if and only if such a claim is eligible under the court’s jurisdictional requirements.

Filing in small claims court does not waive your obligation to participate in arbitration for any Claims that fall outside the scope of small claims jurisdiction.

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions, your use of the Air1network.us website or services, or any products or services purchased through Air1network.us (collectively, a “Dispute”) shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, and not in a court of law.

  1. Governing Arbitration Rules

The arbitration will be administered by the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (“CPR”) in accordance with the CPR Rules for Administered Arbitration, except as modified by this Arbitration Agreement.

A single, neutral arbitrator will be appointed in accordance with the CPR rules.

  1. Location of Arbitration / Virtual Hearings

Unless both parties agree otherwise, arbitration hearings will take place:

  • In New York City, New York, or
  • By secure video conference, at the election of either party.
  1. Governing Law

The arbitration shall be governed by:

  • The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq., and
  • The substantive laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent there is any inconsistency, the FAA controls.

  1. Individual Arbitration Only

The arbitrator may award relief only on an individual basis.
Class actions, mass arbitrations, private attorney general actions, consolidated claims, or representative proceedings are not permitted.

  1. Scope of Relief

The arbitrator may award any relief available under applicable law, but only to the extent permitted by these Terms & Conditions and only on an individual basis.
The arbitrator may not:

  • Award relief for or on behalf of anyone not a party to the arbitration,
  • Consolidate claims of multiple individuals, or
  • Preside over any class-wide or representative proceeding.
  1. Attorneys’ Fees and Costs

The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, to the extent permitted under applicable law and the CPR rules.

  1. Judgment on Award

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Small Claims Option

Either you or Air1network.us may choose to bring an eligible claim in small claims court instead of arbitration, provided that:

  • The claim falls within the small claims court’s jurisdictional limits; and
  • The claim is filed on an individual basis only, not as part of any class, consolidated, mass, or representative action.

Filing a claim in small claims court does not waive the right to compel arbitration for any other claims that are not properly within the small claims court’s jurisdiction.

Class and Representative Actions Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • All claims must be brought in an individual capacity.
  • Class actions, mass arbitrations, consolidated claims, coordinated proceedings, private attorney general actions, and representative actions are expressly waived.

The arbitrator has no authority to:

  • Consolidate or join claims of multiple parties;
  • Preside over class, mass, representative, coordinated, or private attorney general proceedings;
  • Award relief on behalf of any person other than the individual party participating in the arbitration.

If a court or arbitrator determines that this Class and Representative Actions Waiver is unenforceable as to any claim, that claim must be severed and brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction — not in arbitration.

Court Proceedings (Limited)
If an arbitrator determines that a claim is not covered by this section, that claim must be filed exclusively in a state or federal court located in New York County, New York, USA.

If any part of this section (other than the waiver of class or representative actions) is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect. However, if the waiver of class or representative actions is found unenforceable, this entire arbitration clause will be void.

Booking Process

For clarity, the following terms have the meanings indicated when used in these Terms & Conditions:

  • Service Element: A single travel product or service available for booking independently (e.g., flight, hotel, or car rental).
  • Travel Supplier: Any vendor providing one or more Service Elements (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rental companies). Air1network.us acts solely as an intermediary and does not serve as the principal for these Travel Suppliers.
  • Booking: Your offer to purchase one or more Service Elements through the Site, which becomes a binding contract with the Travel Supplier once payment is received and accepted.

How a Booking Works

  • When a Service Element is displayed on the Site, it is an invitation for you to submit an offer.
  • Your offer occurs when you click “Book” on the payment page (“Review Trip Details and Book”).
  • By doing so, you make an irrevocable offer to purchase the Service Element(s) from the relevant Travel Supplier(s). Air1network.us may accept or reject this offer on behalf of the Travel Supplier.
  • The confirmation email you receive from Air1network.us acknowledges receipt of your offer but does not constitute contractual acceptance.
  • A Booking contract is finalized only when full payment is received and the Travel Supplier confirms availability.

Confirmation and Contract

  • A Booking becomes binding once you receive an email with a ticket number or reservation number (for hotels, cars, or activities).
  • Booking terms—including price, availability, and travel dates—are not guaranteed until the Travel Supplier issues the ticket or reservation.
  • Once the Booking is complete, cancellations or changes to names, destinations, dates, or other details are allowed only at Air1network.us’s and the Travel Supplier’s discretion and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Travel Documentation and Requirements

  • A government-issued photo ID may be required for all travel-related activities, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and attractions.
  • For international travel, a valid passport is required. You are responsible for complying with all passport, visa, and health requirements for your destination and any transit countries.
  • Many countries require passports to remain valid for a minimum period after arrival.
  • Air1network.us is not responsible for denied boarding, delays, deportation, or additional costs resulting from non-compliance with passport, visa, or health requirements.

Fees and Additional Charges

  • Government entry or exit fees, if applicable, are your responsibility and are not included in your Booking charges.
  • All travelers on a Booking must travel on the same itinerary; adding or removing passengers is not permitted.
  • Air1network.us reserves the right to correct errors in advertised prices. If an error occurs, you may cancel your Booking or pay the corrected amount before ticket issuance.

Travel Supplier Obligations

  • Each Service Element is provided solely by the relevant Travel Supplier.
  • Frequent traveler points or miles may or may not be awarded. Air1network.us is not responsible for loyalty program eligibility.
  • Bookings and tickets are non-transferable and may not be altered after completion, except as permitted by the Travel Supplier.

Delivery of Service Elements

  • Bookings will be fulfilled on the date provided in your ticket confirmation or on the ticket issuance date if no specific delivery date is stated.
  • Airline tickets incorporate the airline’s Contract of Carriage, which governs limits of liability, claims, check-in times, schedule changes, and other rules. You may request a full copy of the Contract of Carriage at no cost.

Pricing, Taxes/Fees, and Payment

Total Price and Additional Charges

  • The total price of your Booking includes all applicable taxes and fees for airfare, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and activities, unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional charges—such as fuel surcharges, security fees, baggage fees, seat selection charges, hotel incidentals, or other service fees—may be imposed directly by the Travel Supplier at check-in or service. Air1network.us is not responsible for these charges.
  • Prices generally do not include insurance, collision damage waivers, personal accident insurance, child seats, fuel charges, drop-off fees, or incidental hotel charges.
  • Additional fuel surcharges or government-imposed fees may apply.

Payment Requirements

  • Full payment must be made at the time of Booking using a valid credit or debit card.
  • By booking, you authorize Air1network.us and our authorized third-party processors to charge your card for the total Booking amount.
  • If payment is not processed prior to travel, we may contact you using the details provided. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without liability.
  • A Booking is complete only once it is confirmed and ticketed. Until verification is complete, fares are subject to change.

Card Verification and Travel Supplier Requirements

  • Air1network.us is not responsible for declined transactions due to payment issues, Travel Supplier requirements, or verification delays.
  • Certain Travel Suppliers may require the cardholder whose card was used for payment to be present at check-in to verify authorization or cover additional charges.

Offers, Restrictions, and Limitations

All offers, prices, and conditions of sale on the Site may be subject to:

  • Change without notice
  • Advance purchase or eligibility restrictions
  • Date-based limits such as minimum/maximum stays, blackout dates, holidays, seasons
  • Seating limitations or waitlists
  • Reservation validation periods
  • Other supplier-specific terms or restrictions

Warsaw Convention

If your itinerary includes international travel, the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention may apply. These treaties govern airline liability for passenger injury, death, or baggage loss/damage. Air1network.us is not responsible for liability arising under these treaties.

Advice to International Passengers

  • Certain international treaties may govern carrier liability. You are responsible for understanding how these treaties may affect your rights.
  • You are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (passports, visas, health documentation). Failure to comply may result in denied boarding, fines, or deportation.
  • Air1network.us may assist in obtaining travel insurance or documents but does not guarantee approval.
  • Air1network.us is not responsible for any misunderstanding or failure to review applicable international requirements.

Third-Party Links

  • Our Site may include links to third-party websites for your convenience or to access related services or products.
  • Air1network.us does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any content, products, or practices of third-party websites.
  • Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk. You must review their Terms & Conditions and privacy policies.
  • You must ensure that third-party links or downloads are safe. Air1network.us is not responsible for any damage caused by third-party sites.

Our Fees and Exceptions

At Air1network.us, transparency is central to how we operate. In addition to the costs and fees charged directly by travel suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, or car rental companies), Air1network.us may charge its own service fees for processing and managing your booking.

All Air1network.us service fees apply per passenger, per ticket (or per service) and are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

  • Name Misspelling: Government-issued photo ID or passport showing correct spelling.
  • Visa/Passport Denial: Official decline or rejection letter.

Duplicate Tickets: Copies of all tickets with identical itineraries.

Changes to Flights and Other Services Already Purchased

Changes to Flights and Services

All changes to your itinerary are subject to the rules of the airlines or travel suppliers. If their policies are more restrictive than ours, their rules apply. Many suppliers do not allow date or name changes once a booking is confirmed. FriendzTravel.co.uk cannot guarantee or be responsible for any changes made by the supplier due to your request or schedule adjustments.

Cancellations and Exchanges

Most airline tickets are non refundable. Some airlines may allow customer initiated cancellations, in which case a credit may be issued for future travel on the same airline. Credits usually have an expiration date and may be subject to fare class or availability restrictions.

All cancellations must be made before the scheduled departure time of the first flight by contacting our customer service. Using airline credit for a new booking may require payment of fare differences, applicable airline penalties, and any post-ticketing fees. All such changes are governed by the airline’s rules, which are beyond our control.

Multiple Airline Itineraries

If your itinerary includes flights with more than one airline, review each airline’s terms carefully. Each airline sets its own restrictions as well as fees and rules for changes along with cancellations and exchanges. If a schedule change on one airline affects another, you may be responsible for any related costs.

Airlines may also have specific requirements like baggage limits or check in time. When travelling, we advise that you carry a copy of your e ticket confirmation when you are boarding the aircraft, which contains the outbound and return flights.

Cancel and refund

Most airline tickets, hotels, prepaid car rentals, vacation packages, and service fees booked through Air1network.us are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Trip protection insurance may be refunded within 10 days of purchase, provided travel has not commenced and you have contacted our customer service center to cancel. Please note that all cancellations must be made over the phone.

We can accept refund requests only if the following conditions have been met: you have applied for a cancellation and refund with us and the fare rules allow for cancellations and refunds; you are not a “no show” (most no show bookings are ineligible for any supplier waiver for refund processing); and we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process your requested cancellation and refund.

We are unable to provide a specific timeline for when your refund will be processed. All refund requests are handled sequentially. We will send you an email confirming that your request has been received once you have provided our customer service agent with your cancellation request. This acknowledgment does not automatically qualify you for a refund; it simply provides a reference number for your request.

Upon receipt, we will work with the suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies, to obtain waivers according to their rules and notify you of the supplier’s decision. Please note that service fees associated with the original travel reservation or booking are not refundable, and we are dependent on suppliers for receiving any requested refunds.

Once a refund is approved by the supplier, it may take additional time to appear on your credit card statement. Suppliers typically charge a penalty for refunds, and this entire process can take 30–90 days from the time your request is received until the refund is credited. In addition to supplier penalties, Air1network may charge a post-ticketing service fee, which is assessed per passenger, per ticket, and only applies if a refund is authorized by the supplier or a waiver has been received and the rules allow it. If the supplier declines the refund, Air1network will refund any post-ticketing service fees paid. Please note that booking fees for the original reservation are never refundable.

As part of our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP), Air1network offers special considerations and discounts for Military personnel, Bereavement situations, and the Visually Impaired.

ARE CHANGES AND POST-PAYMENT PRICE GUARANTEE

Before your payment is successfully processed and accepted, if there is any change in the price of airfare or other travel services, you will be notified. Upon receiving this notification, you have the right to accept or decline the transaction. If you choose to decline, your payment will not be charged.

Air1network guarantees that the total final quoted price of your airline tickets will be honored once your payment has been successfully processed and accepted. This Post Payment Price Guarantee ensures that you will not be affected by any subsequent fluctuations in airfare prices after your payment has been completed.

PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Air1network accepts credit and debit cards issued in the U.S., Canada, and several other countries, including AE/AP billing addresses as listed in the billing section. Please note that your payment may be billed in multiple charges that together total the final purchase price. If your credit or debit card, or any other form of payment, cannot be processed or accepted for any reason, we will notify you within 24 hours (processing for non-credit/debit card payments may take longer).

Before your payment is successfully processed, any changes in airfare or other travel service prices will be communicated to you. You will have the option to accept or decline the updated price. No charges will be applied if you choose to decline. Air1network guarantees that the total final quoted price of airline tickets will be honored once your payment has been successfully processed, protecting you from any price fluctuations after payment.

Please note that all hotel, car rental, and tour/activity bookings are only confirmed upon delivery of complete confirmation details to the email address provided with your reservation. In some cases, pre-payment may be required to receive confirmation.

To provide additional protection, certain transactions identified as high-risk by our systems will not be processed until our credit card verification team confirms that it is safe to do so. In these cases, we may contact you or your bank to verify the validity of the transaction before processing.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS

All credit and debit cards used on Air1network.us must have a verifiable billing address in the U.S., Canada, or other accepted countries. You can view the full list of accepted countries in the drop-down menu on the checkout page. Please note that all bookings and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed by the supplier. For hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages, bookings are only confirmed once a booking number is sent to the email address provided with your reservation.

When you submit your credit or debit card for payment, we may place a temporary authorization hold on the funds for the anticipated transaction amount. If we are unable to confirm your booking for any reason, you will not be charged, and the hold will be released by your card issuer. Until then, funds under the hold may not be available for other purposes. If your card is declined, we will notify you within 72 hours. Submitting your card does not automatically guarantee ticketing, and Air1network is not responsible if your card is declined or not approved.

There are several reasons a credit or debit card may not be approved, such as insufficient funds, inability of the airline to confirm the booking, or fare changes prior to ticketing. In cases where the fare has increased, we will provide alternate options, and you may cancel the booking at no cost. Once a booking is ticketed at the originally quoted price, tickets become non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Air1network uses strict security measures for credit card processing. Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to airport security, airlines, and federal or state law enforcement agencies. You agree to be responsible for all payments made with your card and not to dispute charges once your tickets or other purchased services have been delivered via email confirmation. In the event of a chargeback or dispute where the service was legitimately purchased, you agree to reimburse Air1network.

Most phone transactions processed through our Customer Service Department are recorded and may be used as evidence in case of any dispute. Online transactions are authorized once you accept these Terms & Conditions and complete your purchase. Certain transactions may be flagged as high-risk. In such cases, our credit card verification team may contact you or your bank to confirm the validity of the transaction before processing.

CREDIT CARD DECLINES

If your credit card is declined at the time of processing, Air1network will attempt to notify you by email within 72 hours. Please do not create a new booking, as we will make another attempt to process your payment within 24 hours. The transaction will not be completed if your card cannot be processed, and your fare and other booking details are not guaranteed.

You have the right to cancel your booking at no cost in the event of a fare change, and no service fees will be charged. This ensures that you are not financially impacted if the payment cannot be processed or if fares fluctuate before the booking is confirmed.

SEATS, MEALS, FREQUENT FLYER, AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUESTS

Please note that all seat selections along with meal preferences, frequent flyer information and other special requests submitted through Air1network are requests only. Any service fees charged for making these requests on your behalf are non refundable and do not guarantee a specific outcome. We cannot guarantee that you will be assigned the seat you requested or that your meal preferences as well as frequent flyer credits or other special requests will be honored by the airline.

It is recommended that you contact your airline directly to confirm any special requests prior to your scheduled departure for the best results. You can view the list of airlines and their contact information [here].

BAGGAGE POLICY AND FEES

You will be responsible for paying any excess baggage fees charged by the airline if you have excess baggage. Many airlines now charge fees even for the first checked bag, so we recommend traveling light to help reduce costs. Depending on size and weight the baggage fees vary by airline and can range from $15 up to $200 or more per checked bag. These fees must be paid directly to the airline at the time of check-in or service usage.

Although Air1network attempts to maintain our baggage fees table, we highly advise that you clarify with your airline on the current baggage fees and baggage policies before travelling. We also have a Baggage Fees page that you can visit.

BAGGAGE POLICY ON CONNECTING FLIGHTS

For itineraries involving two or more airlines on connecting flights, you may need to reclaim your baggage at the connecting airport and check it in again to continue your journey. In these cases, any excess baggage fees will be assessed by each airline individually. Many airlines now charge fees even for the first checked bag, so we recommend traveling light to help reduce costs.

To review the baggage fees for each airline, please visit our Baggage Fees page. This will help you plan ahead and avoid unexpected charges during your travel.

AIRLINE OPTIONAL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

Air1network may provide you with the option to request airline optional services and products depending on the airline operating your flight, such as pre reserved seat assignments or checked baggage. These services are provided directly by the airline, and the cost of such services is in addition to your ticket price. Availability and terms are subject to each airline’s policies.

Any service fees charged by Air1network for requesting these optional services on your behalf are non-refundable and do not guarantee that your requests will be honored by the airline(s). We strongly recommend that you review any restrictions or terms imposed by the airline(s) before making such requests.

By using Air1network to request optional services and products, you acknowledge that we act solely as a marketing agent. Our total liability in connection with these requests is limited to the purchase cost of the optional services or products. For any issues regarding the use, availability, or fulfillment of these services, we strongly encourage you to contact the operating airline directly.

AIRLINES SCHEDULE CHANGES AND FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS

All airlines have their own rules and policies regarding schedule changes, which are beyond the Air1network' control. Flight changes may include updates to flight numbers as well as departure or arrival times along with routing, dates or cancellations. These changes may occur at any time, including last minute or while you are in transit. Cancellations can happen due to factors such as peak or low travel seasons as well as airport gate changes, fuel prices, civil unrest, airline bankruptcy or other force majeure events. Air1network does not assume any liability for cancelled flights along with missed connections or schedule changes made by airlines.

We will attempt to notify customers of schedule changes, but we recommend contacting the airline directly to reconfirm flights within 24 to 72 hours of departure. If an airline initiates involuntary schedule changes such as flight time adjustments as well as layover changes, travel date modifications or terminal changes, you will not be charged for any change fees or fare differences.

For Low Cost Carriers (LCCs), such as Frontier or Spirit, please contact the airline directly regarding schedule changes, as Air1network agents cannot assist with LCC bookings. If your trip includes a combination of LCC and full service carriers, you should first resolve changes with the LCC, then contact Air1network for any adjustments to the non LCC portion of your trip.

For full-service carriers, we will work closely with the airline to provide new flight options that are as close as possible to your original schedule. Some changes may require no action on your part, while others may require your response depending on the airline’s notification.

We will notify you via email or other communication channels you have provided if schedule changes occur within four hours of your original flight. Refund eligibility depends on airline rules and Department of Transportation regulations. Certain ticket types may remain non-refundable, even for significant schedule changes.

You must speak directly with the airline counter for assistance if you are already at the airport. Severe weather or other operational issues may limit available options, and it is always recommended to check airline websites and airport updates for the latest information.

Customer Responsibilities: We strongly recommend that you confirm your itinerary with the airline 24 to 72 hours before departure. You should monitor emails for flight updates and respond promptly. Failure to do so may result in missed flights as well as loss of ticket value or limited travel options.

Services Provided by Air1network: We will communicate with the airline on your behalf to seek a resolution if you contact Air1network regarding a schedule change, which may include rebooking or requesting a refund. All outcomes depend on the airline’s policies. If the airline cannot accommodate changes, Air1network will request a refund on your behalf.

OVERBOOKING OF FLIGHTS

On some occasions, airline flights can be overbooked and thus a booked flight does not necessarily mean a booked seat. Every airline has its regulations and procedures for dealing with flights that are overbooked and this is contained in the contract of carriage of the airline. Policies of the airline should be reviewed either directly or by calling the Air1network customer service.

UNACCOMPANIED MINOR

Airlines have their own policies and regulations of unaccompanied minors who travel without the supervision of adults, and the age limits might be different for different airlines. One should also verify with the airline on the most recent details regarding the age requirements, the travel restrictions and relevant charges to,o since the policies may vary at any time.

Some airlines might not permit unaccompanied minors to travel alone and some may allow them to travel only in non stop flights. When two or more minors are traveling, passengers less than 18 years are not regarded to be adults.

Some airlines might also charge extra amounts to be paid during check-in. The airline has to be contacted to confirm the regulations and limitations of unaccompanied children traveling alone.

VISA AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

All travelers should always ensure that travel documents, such as a transit visa and an entry visa, are checked before they pass through any country or even enter the country. The most reliable information on the needs of international travel can be found at the www.travel.state.gov and also in the consulate or embassy of the respective countries you are visiting. Air1network will not be liable in case the entry or transit is refused because of misplaced or missing travel documents.

A booking with Air1network does not guarantee entry into any destination country. Travelers acknowledge that Air1network is not responsible for determining eligibility to enter or transit through any specific country. Any information provided by Air1network staff regarding travel requirements should be verified directly with government authorities, and such information does not create any liability for Air1network.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

All flights should be confirmed directly with the airline, as schedules are subject to change. Customers are responsible for following the airline’s rules for check-in and other requirements.

In most cases, upgrades and standby options are not permitted and are entirely the responsibility of the respective airlines. Many discounted tickets may not qualify for frequent flyer mileage accrual.

Requests for seats made in Air1network will be sent to the airlines; no guarantee is given on the seating. To ensure you have your seat confirmed immediately or to have any special needs (stretcher services or wheelchair services, etc), you can call the airline.

Air1network reserves the right to cancel any travel requests to the destinations that have been banned by the United States government. International airports can demand duty or departure taxes on their passengers, a fee levied by the local authorities, which are not included in the initial ticket price.

HUMAN ERROR

In the event that a Air1network agent makes an error during the booking process, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the mistake at the time it occurs. Air1network is committed to providing compensation of up to the total service fees collected for the affected booking, plus a $50 coupon redeemable toward future purchases with Air1network within 12 months.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your itinerary to be eligible for compensation. Notifications received after this 24-hour period will not be eligible, and Air1network cannot be held responsible for errors reported beyond this timeframe.

ITINERARY RECONFIRMATION

It is the responsibility of the traveler to review and reconfirm all details of their booking, including names, dates, flight numbers, airlines, routing, and any airport changes, whether the booking was made online or through a Air1network customer service agent. If you notice any discrepancies in your itinerary, you must contact Air1network customer service immediately, within 4 hours of completing your booking.

If you fail to notify us by phone within this 4-hour window, Air1network will assume that your booking is accurate and acceptable, and we will not be liable for any discrepancies thereafter.

We strongly encourage all travelers to review and save a copy of their itinerary for reference.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

The federal law is explicit in prohibiting the carriage of hazardous materials in your baggage or with you on your flight. The offenses may lead to a maximum of five years of imprisonment and fines of 250,000 USD and above (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials are not limited to explosives and also comprise compressed gases, flammable solids and liquids, oxidizers and poisons, corrosives and radioactive substances. Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles and radiopharmaceuticals are some examples.

Special allowances are made for small amounts of medicinal and toiletry items carried in carry on or checked baggage and some smoking material. Before traveling, you are advised to call your airline to get information.

DISINSECTION

Some of the destination countries might request airlines to use insecticides to treat passenger cabins prior to a flight or spray passenger cabins using aerosol insecticides. All these measures are done to adhere to the international health and safety standards. The U.S. Department of Transportation can be consulted by travelers at www.dot.gov/office-policy/aviation-policy/aircraft-disinsection-requirements for additional information on aircraft disinsection requirements.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS – RULES AND REGULATIONS

General Information

Our suppliers also provide Air1network with photos and descriptions and details about the services, amenities, as well as the goods that the hotel offers. Although we are trying to keep this information up to date, Air1network is not responsible for changes made by the supplier that are not updated in our listings.

Requests for specific features, such as bedding type, smoking/non-smoking rooms, or other preferences, are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by the hotel. Although most hotels will try to honor your requests, Air1network and our suppliers cannot guarantee availability.

Special Rate Requirements

Some rates require proof of eligibility, such as Corporate as well as Government (including Military), AAA, or AARP membership. Identification must be presented at check in. Hotels are not obligated to honor these rates if you do not qualify or fail to provide valid ID.

Early Departures & No Shows

No refunds are issued for unused room nights due to early departures. A no-show may result in penalties or forfeiture of prepaid or deposit amounts, depending on the property’s policy. Contact the hotel directly if you cannot check in as scheduled.

Shuttles, Bonuses & Pets

Some hotels offer airport shuttles or bonuses (free breakfast, tours). Availability and pricing are set by the hotel and may change at any time.

Pet policies vary by property. Air1network accepts no responsibility for individual pet rules. Always contact the hotel directly to confirm fees as well as restrictions and acceptance of pets.

Prepaid Reservations

Prepaid bookings are charged to your credit card at the time of reservation and cover the base room cost only. Additional charges—such as resort fees, energy surcharges, cleaning fees, meals, movies, games, wet bar, parking, and phone calls—are collected directly by the hotel. Rates are guaranteed only at the time of confirmed booking.

Booking Vouchers

Some hotels require a voucher at check-in. Air1network will email this voucher to the address provided at booking. We recommend keeping a printed or electronic copy of your confirmation at check-in.

Book Now, Pay Later

For “Book Now, Pay Later” reservations, your credit card is used to hold the room until check-in. We recommend reconfirming your reservation directly with the hotel within 24 hours of arrival. Some hotels may require a deposit up to the full stay amount. These rates are usually non-refundable and cannot be modified.

Meal Plans

Hotels may offer different dining options:

  • Room Only (RO): No meals included.
  • Self-Catering (SC): No meals included; light cooking facilities provided.
  • Bed & Breakfast (BB): Breakfast included.
  • Half Board (HB): Breakfast and dinner (or lunch, as confirmed by the hotel).
  • Full Board (FB): Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
  • All-Inclusive (AI): All meals, local drinks (often until midnight), entertainment, and some non-motorized water sports.

Hotel Confirmation

Hotels may take up to 72 hours to return a confirmation number. After booking, Air1network will email confirmation that your request has been received. If you don’t receive an email, contact us with your booking number and a valid phone number. We also recommend reconfirming directly with the hotel at least 24 hours before check-in.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Please contact Air1network customer service to make changes or cancellations. Policies may vary by property, and special events or peak seasons (New Year’s Eve, the Olympics, Super Bowl) may have stricter cancellation rules.

  • Changes (dates, rooms, extensions) may incur supplier penalties and Air1network service fees.
  • No credits are issued for unused nights due to early departures.
  • Refunds for early departures, no-shows, or cancellations are at the discretion of the hotel and Air1network’ suppliers.
  • Any issues during check-in or check-out should be reported to Air1network promptly.

Payment, Taxes & Fees

The total amount charged to your card includes the base room cost, estimated taxes, and fees. Taxes may include sales, occupancy, excise, value-added, or similar taxes, as well as government-mandated service fees. A portion of the “taxes and fees” is retained by Air1network as compensation for our services.

Hotel booking service fees may be charged by Air1network—up to $42 per room, per night for new reservations. Changes or cancellations may incur additional service fees (up to $25 per room) plus any supplier penalties.

Currency conversions shown at booking are estimates. Hotels may collect nightly taxes, resort fees, cleaning fees, or charges for incidentals (e.g., meals, parking, movies) separately at check-in or check-out.

CAR BOOKINGS – RULES AND REGULATIONS

General Information

All car rentals include a non-refundable Air1network service fee of up to $40, charged at the time of booking. If you purchase car rental insurance through Air1network, the cost will also be billed at booking.

Changes or cancellations to car rentals may incur additional fees from Air1network and/or the rental supplier.

You are responsible for the full payment of the rental, including all taxes as well as surcharges and any damage to the vehicle, which will be settled with the supplier at drop-off.

Driver Eligibility & Requirements

  • Renters must meet the minimum age requirement set by the rental agency. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your reservation.
  • valid driver’s license and an accepted credit card (or other preapproved payment method) in the driver’s name are required at pick-up.
  • For licenses issued in languages other than English (when renting in the U.S.), an International Driving Permit may be required.
  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is often necessary for renting full size vans.
  • Local renters may be asked to present a recent utility bill (water, electric, or cable) showing the same address as their license. Mobile phone bills are not accepted.

Rates, Mileage & Returns

  • Daily rates cover a 24-hour period. Weekly rates usually cover 5–7 days. Returning a car outside the agreed time, date, or location may result in additional hourly, half-day, or full-day charges.
  • Unlimited mileage rates have no driving limit, but geographic restrictions may apply.
  • Mileage based rates allow a fixed number of miles per day; excess mileage will incur per mile fees.
  • “One-way” rentals (pick-up at one location and return at another) may incur surcharges, which can be higher if crossing state lines. Confirm all fees with the supplier before pick up.

Additional Equipment & Insurance

Extras such as child safety seats as well as GPS/navigation systems and other add-ons must be requested in advance and are not guaranteed.

We recommend purchasing car rental insurance if you are not otherwise covered. You may be held liable for damage not recorded on the rental agreement before leaving the lot.

Taxes, Fees & Payment

  • Additional taxes, surcharges, and service fees may be collected by the rental agency at pick-up or drop-off.
  • For changes, cancellations, or refunds, Air1network’ car rental booking fees are non-refundable. A cancellation fee of up to US$15, plus any supplier penalties, may apply.
  • Some rates may apply only if the car is picked up within 24 hours of your flight arrival. If you plan to collect the car later, contact the supplier to confirm your reservation.

Debit Cards & Other Restrictions

  • Some suppliers restrict or do not accept debit cards as payment. Check directly with the agency or contact Air1network in advance to confirm accepted payment methods.
  • Local residents may be subject to additional conditions. Supplying false information can void liability coverage, leaving you responsible for any damage or injury.

Our Pricing Principles

  • No Hidden Costs: Fares are shown, including applicable taxes and charges. Before you make your booking, the total cost is displayed in a clear manner.
  • Real-Time Pricing: Although we do our best to provide the correct and latest prices, prices can be different depending on other factors that are beyond our control, including airline changes as well as seating availability or currency exchange rates.
  • Best Available Deals: Our team constantly monitors the market and negotiates with some of our most reliable partners to ensure that they offer you the best fares available at the time of booking.
  • Price Changes: Once the fare changes significantly during the period between booking and issuing the ticket, we will immediately inform you and offer possible alternatives.
  • Fair & Transparent Practices: We are fully transparent in terms of how the price is shown so that you understand what you are actually paying.

Agreement

By booking through Air1network.us , you acknowledge and agree to this Fare Disclosure Policy. We encourage customers to review it regularly, as updates may be made in line with industry changes and best practices.
